The New York Piano Festival celebrates 200th birthday anniversary of Frederic Chopin and Robert Schumann. A series of three concerts, master classes and students' Gala concert will be held from May 22nd to June 20th at Bechstein Centre, 207 West 58th Street, New York, NY. Extraordinary artists will present the most famous works of bicentennial romantics in an intimate salon atmosphere, where the finest interpretations will be crafted with the unique personal approach.
In addition to the concerts series, the New York Piano Festival is accepting applications from students of all levels and ages. Besides private piano lessons, selected students will have opportunity to participate in open master classes on June 13th and at the Gala Concert on June 20th. Each participant will receive a certificate of participation and HD DVD recording of his/her performance.
