The proximity reader has full read/write functionality for compatible tags; it is compatible with ISO 18000-6b, EPC Class 1 Gen 1 and EPC UHF Gen 2 standard tags. The reader can be used in conjunction with Blue Tooth GPS location devices. The reader has a read rdistance of approximately 1m. It is available with ActiveX controls for Microsoft Windows for easy software integration. Additionally, this reader has a built-in antenna and is powered by a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery.
