The 40 hour Hazwoper training course provided by us has been reviewed and accepted by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for online distribution. The course structured by us covers all the important topics that are included in 29 CFR 1910.120.
This course is purely online. Once you sign up for it, you can complete it in one slot or in multiple slots as per your convenience. The main advantage of this course is that it is self paced. You will be granted six months from the date of registration for successfully completing this course.
The course is deemed for all those workers employed in a Government mandated project that consists of Uncontrolled Hazardous Waste Operations. This course is not inclusive of the 8 hours of hands on training that is required in the 40 hour initial training. Before entering the field, the workers are required to have the 40 hours of initial training. Also 3 days of actual field experience under a trained professional is required for the workers. This field training is entirely the responsibility of the employer. The learning objectives of this course are as follows:
1.Identifying the various hazardous materials that are present at the work place and all the possible methods that can be carried out to prevent exposure to these materials.
2.Understanding site characterization and using it to establish the various problems that exist at your work place and all the measures that can be taken to eliminate these hazards.
3.Understanding the Material Safety Data Sheets and handling the hazardous materials properly and much more!
